Development & Acquisition
The primary interest of CRA/LA is to identify occupants for the Wilmington Industrial Park that meet CRA/LA's goal of job creation through development of the local economy and sustainable industrial development.
- Assemblage - Work with area land owners to assemble land to create parcels large enough to accommodate development needs
- Environmental Clean-Up - Extensive experience in remediation through use of Federal Brownfield funds and tax increment funding
- Acquistion - Ability to aquire on behalf of developer and "write-down" land cost to accomodate economical tranactions
