Block Level Overview

In October, 2000, SCS Engineers conducted a Phase I Environmental Assessment for portions of the Los Angeles Harbor Industrial Center Redevelopment Project. The purpose of this investigation was to identify areas of potential significant environmental contamination as defined in ASTM Standard E1527-000, on the site or in the immediate areas. This assessment included all or parts of 10 blocks with the redevelopment project, and these blocks are identified below by their number, which appears in a black circle. The information provided about each of these 10 blocks from the Phase 1 Environmental Assessment has been subsequently enhanced with information available to the CRA Project team.
