Ralph Chadwick is a long time resident of Wilmington and was an original RAC (Revitalization Advisory Committee) member. He was a past President of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Wilmington Boys and Girls Club and the YMCA, where he continues to teach an exercise class for seniors. In 1994, the Los Angeles City Council named Ralph Chadwick, "MR. WILMINGTON" for his dedication and service to the Community. |
