Norman Liu represents and is President of Wilmington Truck Stop, 710 East "D" Street, Wilmington, CA 90744. Mr. Liu has served on the WIPAC since 1996 and was recently commended by his colleagues for having perfect attendance for the past three years. Mr. Liu is also a member of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.

Wilmington Truck Stop moved into the Project Area in 1996 with construction of a new two-story 8,000 s.f. building providing office space and convenient fast food on the ground floor for truck operators. The 2.5 acre property offers monthly parking for 100 container transport trucks; truck fueling, i.e. diesel, propane; and truck scale and lubrication services. Wilmington Truck Stop employs more than 20 persons, mainly residents of Wilmington.
